Have a question or complaint about your utility service?
Our Consumer Rights Counselors have extensive knowledge of Utility-related
laws and regulations and can inform you of your rights while showing you how to cut your telephone, natural gas, and electric costs. We can also in many cases file complaints with the utilities on your behalf.
CUB cannot offer financial assistance or legal representation for individual complaints, but we would be happy to refer you to other agencies offering these services.
Please don’t hesitate to call CUB of California, even if you don’t have a solid complaint, but something just seems…“fishy” about your utility service. You may learn something by contacting CUB of California, and your call could provide a helpful tip in our ongoing battles before california regulators for better utility rates and policies.
